Christmas Wreath Workshop | 3rd December 2020
Time & Location
About the Event
In this festive workshop you will learn the principles of how to build a wreath from scratch so that you can create your own masterpieces again and again. On the day you will produce your own wreath to take home. You will be taught how to construct your base by attaching moss to a wire structure and then how to apply a mixture of fresh festive foliage and accessories to bring it all together into one beautiful celebration of Christmas.
As the wreaths will be made using fresh foliage, we recommend hanging it on the front of your door, outside and occasionally misting the moss to keep it looking fresh for as long as possible.
Everything will be supplied for you including some mulled wine, Prosecco and mince pies (Yum!)
Wreath materials includes:
1x 12" wreath ring
Reel of binding wire
Mixture of festive foliage including spruce, pine, eucalyptus, berries and pine cones plus other accessories.
1 meter of ribbon - Natural hessian or Christmas Red (TBC other colours)
All workshops will be limited to a max of 4-6 people, depending on the location. You will have your own section to carry out the wreath making which will be 1-2 metres apart and masks must be worn at all times, expect when having a drink or eating.
Before entering the workshop, we would ask if you could sanitise your hands & to also wear a mask once entering the building. Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the duration of the workshop. All of our surfaces and tools are sanitised on a regular basis to prevent cross contamination and we will supply you with gloves to pick the items for the design of your wreath.
